Eric V. Melin is the President of SpiderSplat Consulting, Inc. a Search Engine Marketing firm based in downtown Boston. He self-funded and bootstrapped the business into a successful Consultancy & professional services firm. Him company employs "whitehat" SEO techniques in efforts to stem the tide of spam. He previously was the Founder & CEO of The Corporate Awareness Group, Inc. which developed wireless and technology tools for Socially Responsible Investors. He also serves on the Board of Advisors to several high-tech firms in the Boston area and delivers lectures to local MBA students with his SEO/SEM expertise. A young innovator at heart, he is working toward several technology patents, and is currently involved in several social-venture & social-philanthropy projects including Philanthropist.org. His background is in Management Consulting and he attained his degree from Boston College and Boston University's School of Management.
