Mail from unrecognized sender not HELD

Question

I was sent mail from an unrecognized address and yet it
did not arrive in my list of Held Mail... What gives?!

Answer

Log into vqME.com and click Configure >> Preferences. In the section "Accept mail that meets..." you may have disabled "Sender Responds to Confirmation". This causes vqME to delete mail from unrecognized senders that does not meet at least one of the other acceptance rules (Sender Bonded, Subject Match, Sender on Allow List, Domain List, etc).

NOTE: In the near future, we will change the specification to allow a HELD MAIL period - even for users who choose to disable the challenge feature.
