vqNow: Do this after adding new users/addresses

Add Users: Resellers and site admins can add users to a vqNow email security account from the Domain Control Panel.

Checklist: When adding users to an existing account, check these things:

1. If the address uses a new or different domain than your existing addresses, verify that the domain is already configured for your vqNow account. Because vqNow is the first server for mail sent to your domain, all addresses in the domains of each address must be either active or at least registered on the Server Validation List. Otherwise, mail will be bounced back to senders.

2. Check your account status for the total number of active accounts. If it exceeds your service agreement, you can either:

• Delete an address: Mail sent to this address will be bounced
  
• Move one ore more addresses to the Server Validation List: Mail will be passed to you without processing [important restrictions]
  
• Keep all addresses: Your company or reseller will be billed for the next service level (typically, this allows up to 10 new addresses).

3. Encourage your users to log into the antispam server and run through this quick check list. It explains how to download the tray wizard, import address books and enable protection. It also directs them to helpful resources which reduces the time needed for training and support.
