Hi,
This sounds more like a support inquiry instead of something appropriate for the forum. I see that you also opened a support ticket #4573 and so I will respond there. Here are my reaons for pushing it over to support (but with prompt attention)...- Likely to take a phone call or several email exchanges to understand what you and your friend observed.
- Don't quite understand what you mean "recipeint gets rejected as not protected". That's not an error message that Vanquish uses.
- Can't diagnose based on a forum post: No user name; No phone number; No configuration data. These things are gathered in a support ticket.
