| I've gotten no response to the question of how to backup the Vanquish server. Every other one of our servers gets a nightly backup, and I would prefer to have an alternative to building a Vanquish server from scratch in case of failure. |

I am sorry for the delay... Our automated system failed to alert us to this unanswered question in the user forum. For faster response, you may wish to ask on a support ticket.
We back up vqME and vqNow regularly. Your question suggests that you may be referrring to a vqSA that you own...
We offer to back up your vqSA using SSH to a secure site on your premises. This is similar to creating an FTP area for use by our scripted backup process. This is an optional feature, but currently we do not charge for it. Please contact Harold Weiss at extension 13 for details.
