To diagnose your email configuration, we may ask to view your screen. We use a special web page from the makers of GoToMyPC. It sets up a temporary connection that lets you show your screen. You can even share your keyboard and mouse - but only if you choose to. The code that lets you show your screen is deleted when you close your browser.
To show your screen to our staff member, do this just before or during your support call:- Click here to install and run the tool. If prompted, choose Run or Open. Depending on browser settings, you may need to save and then double click an icon.
- You may see additional warnings and questions. For each one, click Yes, Install or Run. When asked if you trust the author, choose Yes or Always.
- Within a minute, you will be asked for a Meeting ID. This is provided by Vanquish. If our representative is waiting for your to call, do so now.
- The program asks for your name and email address. This is used to show your "arrival" to our technician. You may use a nickname and any addres you like.
