Spam foe Vanquish on
Sept. 25 announced it has signed the first of five ISPs to beta test its
bonded spam-stopping service. The company plans to begin testing with
NetWay in Andover, Mass., and other small to mid-sized ISPs this month.
Each service provider will supply 50 test e-mail accounts. An expanded
beta with larger ISPs will begin in January, testing 400 users per
