Notes:

  1. Email that you send will never contain this security threat. Your use of Vanquish ensures that both you and recipients of your mail are protected from viruses in both the email message and attached files.
     
  2. Spammers will not see this Anti-Virus message, so they cannot use it to test your address. Messages are tested for viruses and phishing scams only as they are about to be delivered to your IN Box. This means that Held Mail is not tested, unless the sender confirms their address or you manually release the message yourself.
     
  3. Phishing scams are messages that link to fraudulent web sites - usually entry forms - that appear to be from organizations with which you have a relationship, like PayPal, eBay or Citibank. They attempt to lure you into entering credit card numbers and passwords. This data is used to steal your identity and empty your bank accounts.
